Yes, completely. Your deposit is held in a separate account and does one quiet job: it saves your founding place. If your plans change before you activate your key, we return it in full. No questions, no friction.
It secures your place in the founding circle at today's terms. When the first space nears opening, we invite you to activate your key, and every dollar of your deposit applies toward it.
Each founding key is personal. It carries your name, your history with the community, and your standing from day one. If you both want a life inside Arcadia, we recommend a key for each of you.
Membership begins the moment you join, not the day the doors open. From the beginning of 2027, a pop-up home gathers the founding circle with rituals, dinners, saunas, and salons, while the first Lighthouse rises.
Three founding keys will be gifted, and all three are drawn at random. There is no leaderboard and no prize for inviting the most people — every friend who accepts your invitation and confirms their email is one more entry in the draw, and a single confirmed friend puts you in. The draw runs from 7 August to 2 November 2026. No purchase is necessary, and the full rules are also in your welcome message.
