The Arcadia Founding Key Waitlist Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is a free promotion connected to the Arcadia founding waitlist. Three (3) lifetime Founding Memberships are gifted, and all three are awarded by random drawing. There is no leaderboard and no prize for inviting the most people. These three Founding Keys are awarded in addition to the 222 Founding Memberships offered for purchase; the Sweepstakes is entirely separate from any purchase or deposit.

Open to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry, and who reside in Mexico, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or a member state of the European Union. Residents of the States of New York and Florida, and residents of the Province of Quebec, are not eligible. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
By entering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you reside in an eligible jurisdiction. Before any prize is awarded, the Sponsor will ask the potential winner to confirm their country and, where relevant, their state or province of residence. An entry from an excluded jurisdiction will be disqualified and an alternate drawn.
The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, 7 August 2026 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on Monday, 2 November 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Mexico City time (UTC−6). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible.
Approximate retail value (ARV) of each Founding Key: US $9,999. Total ARV of all prizes: US $29,997. Each Founding Key carries the same membership benefits as a purchased Founding Membership. Prizes are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or substituted for cash. One prize maximum per person and per household. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
At the close of the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor will remove fraudulent and unverified referrals, then conduct a single random drawing from all remaining eligible entries to select the three (3) winners. No entrant may win more than one Founding Key; if an entry is drawn for someone who has already won, it is discarded and another is drawn. Potential winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of selection and must respond within seven (7) days of notification, and complete any required eligibility, identity, or tax documentation, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected.
Skill-testing question. Before a prize is awarded, each potential winner must correctly answer, unaided and within the time set by the Sponsor, a mathematical skill-testing question administered at the time of notification. A potential winner who answers incorrectly, or who does not answer within the time given, forfeits the prize, and an alternate is drawn.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each verified referral is one entry, so an entrant’s chance of winning rises with the number of people they invite — but no number of referrals guarantees a prize, and a single referral can win.
All taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. U.S. winners will be required to complete a Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the prize. Winners outside the United States are responsible for any taxes or duties under their local law.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city, and likeness in announcements about the Sweepstakes, without further compensation. We will always ask before telling your story in any fuller way — that's how we treat members.
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive or bad-faith manner, and may suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond its control compromises its integrity — in which case prizes may be awarded from eligible entries received before the disruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering you release the Sponsor, its affiliates, and its service providers from any claim arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of a prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for technical failures of any kind.
Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. These Official Rules and any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, and the competent courts of Mexico City have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
