The Arcadia Founding Key Waitlist Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is a free promotion connected to the Arcadia founding waitlist. Six (6) lifetime Founding Memberships are gifted: three to the people who invite the most aligned members, and three more at random. These six Founding Keys are awarded in addition to the 222 Founding Memberships offered for purchase; the Sweepstakes is entirely separate from any purchase or deposit.
Arcadia Global LLC ("Arcadia", the "Sponsor") — contact: n@takemetoarcadia.com. The Sweepstakes is administered using the Waitlist (getwaitlist.com) referral platform. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, or any other social platform.
Open to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry, and who reside in an eligible country. [Eligible countries to be confirmed prior to launch — pending counsel.] Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
The Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates announced at home.takemetoarcadia.com and in the waitlist welcome email. [Exact opening and closing dates and times, including time zone, to be inserted prior to launch — pending counsel.] Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible.
Approximate retail value (ARV) of each Founding Key: US $9,999. Total ARV of all prizes: US $59,994. Each Founding Key carries the same membership benefits as a purchased Founding Membership. Prizes are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or substituted for cash. One prize maximum per person and per household. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
At the close of the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor will verify the referral leaderboard (removing fraudulent or unverified referrals) to determine the three leaderboard winners, and will conduct a random drawing for the three remaining Founding Keys. Potential winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of selection and must respond within seven (7) days of notification, and complete any required eligibility, identity, or tax documentation, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected. Leaderboard placement is determined by verified referral count; in the event of a tie, the entrant who reached the count first prevails.
Leaderboard prizes depend on the number of verified referrals made by each entrant relative to others. Odds of winning a random drawing prize depend on the number of eligible entrants with at least one verified referral.
All taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. U.S. winners will be required to complete a Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the prize. Winners outside the United States are responsible for any taxes or duties under their local law.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city, and likeness in announcements about the Sweepstakes, without further compensation. We will always ask before telling your story in any fuller way — that's how we treat members.
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive or bad-faith manner, and may suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond its control compromises its integrity — in which case prizes may be awarded from eligible entries received before the disruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering you release the Sponsor, its affiliates, and the Waitlist platform from any claim arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of a prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for technical failures of any kind.
Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. [Governing law and venue to be inserted — pending counsel.]
